By recognising eliminating destructive patterns of behaviour and negative thinking from your life, you can be free from the self-imposed blocks and obstacles that have been holding you back for way too long.

Sessions are 60 minutes long and are done face to face or on online (via Skype or Google Hangouts). Depending on your requirements, you choose either:
1 session a month – this option is better suited to anyone who already knows what they would like to achieve and has already made a start. One hour with me would just give you enough time each month to check your progress, celebrate how far you’ve come and keep you focussed on your goal.
It is also useful if you have already come to the end of a more intensive stretch of coaching and just want to be able to check-in so you don’t slip back into bad habits!
2 sessions a month – Great if you are new to coaching and want to learn about yourself at a faster, more effective pace. Two, one hour sessions with me per month would soon make a big difference to your life whilst still being easy to fit into your busy schedule.
Prior to each session there will be some preparation for you to do. Based around a set of questions or simple exercises I will provide. This will help you focus on gaining the maximum benefit from our coaching session. At the start of each session we agree on the topic for that session and end our time together with a clear plan of action for you to follow until our next session.
