Join me for a mindfulness retreat day. This relaxing day is suitable for complete beginners or those wishing to reconnect with or deepen their practice.

Set in a peaceful yoga studio and grounds near Crediton (Viveka Gardens).
Delicious vegetarian lunch and drinks included. You will have some time to explore the grounds on your own so you can experience some quiet reflection.
Mindfulness Retreat Meditations
We will practice a number of different meditations including:
- Body scan (laid down)
- Mindful eating
- Sounds and thoughts
- Mindful walking
- Mindful movement
You will have time to reflect on each practice and to explore your stress triggers and learn techniques to relax and calm your mind.
Cost £50. Booking essential as are spaces limited.
