During the Covid-19 Corona Virus lock down I am offering my classes online. These are done via a Zoom meeting. Please visit zoom.us to download the app and install it on your PC/laptop, tablet or phone.
If you have not used Zoom before, I would suggest that you watch this video first. It shows you how to join a Zoom meeting and adjust your audio and video settings. I will have my video enabled so that you can see me. If you don’t want to be seen, you can join the class with audio only.
- Weekly Class (Friday afternoons 2 – 3 pm) – £5 only.
To book, please pay for your session. I will then email you the Zoom meeting details. You will need to do this each week and the meeting ID and password will change each time.
This class is suitable for beginners or experienced meditators.
Please note my classes are general Mindfulness and therefore may not be suitable if you suffer from chronic anxiety, depression or other mental health problems.
If you have not attended my classes before you will need to complete a pre-class questionnaire.
Please pay for your session at least one hour before the class is due to start. This is to ensure that I have time to email you the Zoom meeting details and give you time to prepare for the class. Thank you.

Face to face Mindfulness Classes
These are usually held in Okehampton at the Ockment Centre. (Temporarily suspended during the Covid-19 lock down.)
- Weekly Mindfulness Class (Friday afternoons 2 – 3 pm) – £6 only.
Booking is essential. Please email or ring 07866 013 637 to book and complete a pre-class questionnaire* (if you have not attended my classes before).

The classes are suitable for complete beginners or experienced meditators who wish to reconnect or deepen their practice.
