Ideal for beginners or anyone who wants to deepen their practice. You will learn a number of different meditations and mindful practices.
- Body scan – laid on the floor
- Walking – slow mindful walking
- Moving – slow mindful movement
- Breath – focusing on the breath
- Eating – eating like you’ve never done before
I will guide you through each practice and we will share our experiences. Handouts will be provided to support your ongoing practice.

In 2020 I will be offering Reiki Level 1 and 2 courses. These will take place over a weekend. Reiki 1 introduces you to Reiki and starts you on your self healing journey. You can also treat friends and family. Reiki 2 deepens your connection and allows you to work with the public (if you wish and once you meet the required criteria).
